His background includes working on commercial flooring projects where he developed a strong understanding of flooring systems, repair techniques, and the craftsmanship required to deliver lasting results. To further expand his expertise, Joe completed professional stone restoration training through the Stone and Tile School, now known as The Learning Institute at Surface Care PROS, where he received specialized instruction in the care, restoration, and maintenance of natural stone surfaces.

Today, Joe applies this combination of formal training and real-world experience to help clients restore, protect, and maintain their stone and tile surfaces.
